Hi Salome,

this approach seems a bit too specific for me. There are many
different cases where a free meter may appear within measured music.
So perhaps it would be good to have an extra attribute value, to
stress the uncountability, something like meter.count="none". Then you
could mark the cadenza as a separate section or use a type="cadenza"
on the measure element.
