[MEI-L] sample XML files on MEI site start off with incorrect XML

Hi,

Did not look at all files, but every one that I did look at suffers these problems:
1) does not begin with proper XML declaration
2) the href attributes in the xml-model tags are incorrectly using local filesystem, relative paths. These need to be fully formed http URLs.

Attempting to open any of these incorrect files in the Score Editor application will yield only an editing window view of the XML itself, i.e., no graphical score representation. Fixing these incorrect lines allows Score Editor to treat the file as expected.
