Betreff: [physik-ag-bartley] NEW arrangements for outgoing/incoming internal and external paper mail in P10 PhoQSLab

Concerns all employees who moved to P10:

Since start of November 25 we have a new arrangement concerning incoming and outgoing paper mail (internal as well as external) for all teams/employees who moved to P10 PhoQSLab.

The internal post office generally delivers the entire mail for the Faculty of Science to the Faculty's Head Office in A1.
Mail for P10 will now be separated in the A1 head office and forwarded to P10 the next day by the post service staff.

Here in P10 the central point for paper mail is room P10.1.527 (opposite to P10.1 kitchen,  access should work for all P10 transponders).
You will find two blue boxes for incoming (Posteingang) and for outgoing mail (Postausgang).

The delivered documents will be assorted to the following white boxes:

  *   Sekretariat PhoQS_IQO (documents can be left here for Melissa Fehse, Rita Prevor and Brigitte Krawinkel  or directly in P10.2.105)
  *   PhoQS-SupportCenter
  *   IST-Teams
  *   AG Bartley
  *   AG Jöns
  *   AG Silberhorn
  *   AG Zentgraf

Lists with the members of each team will be available at P10.1.527 soon to make sure that distribution is running troublefree.
