[mei-neumes-ig] Strophicus / Stropha

According to Michel Huglo's article 'Les noms des neumes et leur origine'
(Etudes grégoriennes, 1954) the earliest treatises of music theory that
contain the names of the neumes only have 'Strophicus' (or, occasionally,
'Stophicus' and 'Stropicus'). The treatises discussed in the article are
dated to the 11th and 12th centuries.
Thus, it doesn't seem wrong to keep 'strophicus' if we refer to early
Western European neumatic notations.
