[MEI-L] MuseScore Support for MEI Basic

I just realized that IDs seem to be preserved when opening MEI files in MuseScore and re-exporting to MEI. I didn't expect this. A huge thanks to Laurent and Klaus for your work on this over the past months! It's something that tremendously improves the MEI ecosystem.
