[MEI-L] Feedback for MEI Community Code of Conduct

These codes of conduct originate with this case from a meeting of the
Society for Music Theory a few years ago:

Notice that legal action was involved, so you should have a lawyer review
the final form (presumably in Germany or possibly Canada -- wherever the
MEI board is a legal entity) for possible implications.
