[MEI-L] Reminder: MEC2018 Early Bird registration closes on April 22

I have been trying for several days, but I still cannot succeed in the final confirmation. Still getting an error that captcha is not working. Now there is now captcha box, but I still get the same error message. I have tried different browsers. Are others also experiencing this problem?
