[MEI-L] Encoding staff lines

As I try to use MEI "as is" and to explore the possibilities, a  
customization is unfortunately beyond anything I could do in the short  
time I have for my Thesis. (There would be some more customizations,  
though... ;-) ) But thank you, Laurent!
