[MEI-L] Encoding staff lines

Hi all,
you can find an example of my source attached to this email. As you
can see, the 2nd, 3rd and 7th systems are not fully filled with notes,
the 8th line is empty. What I would like to encode is that the systems
are nevertheless of the same width like the 1st.
I encode the positions of the notes etc. using <zone>, <facs> and
<ulx>/<uly>/<lrx>/<lry>, and something similar I would like to have
for the staff systems, too.
Best, Daniel
