[MEI-L] Encoding staff lines

Hi Daniel,

MEI doesn't currently encode the width of the staff lines, but it does allow one to specify the color of individual staff lines.  For staff lines that are logically but not visually present, you can set the color to white (presuming the background of the page is also white).  I'm not sure what you mean by "half-filled" staff lines.  Can you provide an example?
