[MEI-L] MEI Board elections – call for nominations

Hi, Benni,

If no one has nominated Richard Chesser, I'd be happy to do that.

I'd love to come up with some North Americans. Andrew Hankinson comes to mind. I'd want to know whether he has the time. He has a complicated life right now.

Perry asked me if I would run, and I expressed reluctance. I really cannot imagine another four years. I can imagine filling in informally if some should unexpectedly resign, and of course I can always work on a designated project without being on the board.

Eleanor

Dear all,

This is a gentle reminder that the nomination phase for the upcoming MEI Board elections is about to end December 19, 2016 that is next Monday! Although we already have some nominations I’d be pleased to receive some more ;-)

For details see cited message below.

All the best,
Benjamin

The entire Board wishes to thank Axel Teich Geertinger, Eleanor Selfridge-Field, and Johannes Kepper for their dedication to the MEI community. Additional gratitude is due Johannes for his leadership as Chair of the Board.
