[MEI-L] Verovio tutorial

Dear all,

As a follow-up of the course given yesterday at the Edirom Summer School,
we have published a tutorial for the JavaScript toolkit of Verovio.

It is a step-by-step tutorial that shows the wide range of possibilities of
interaction that are possible with the toolkit. For example, it shows how
elements can be highlighted or how MEI <choice> element children can easily
be made selectable.

For each step, there is a small explanation of the key parts of the code
and the example can be open in a new window. Thanks to all the participants
yesterday who have contributed this and to other parts of the project!
