Dear colleagues,
I'd very much like to inform you that the Conftool for registration of  
your paper, poster, panel session or workshop submissions at the Music  
Encoding Conference 2016 is now up and running and encourage you to  
submit your proposals on https://www.conftool.net/music-encoding2016/ .
The new and final deadline for registration has been extended to 31  
October 11:59 pm EST (conference time).

mailto:conference2016 at music-encoding.org . Please note that the use of  
Conftool is mandatory and proposals sent as email cannot be accepted.
