<p>I'd very much like to inform you that the Conftool for registration of your paper, poster, panel session or workshop submissions at the Music Encoding Conference 2016 is now up and running and encourage you to submit your proposals on <a class="reference external" href="https://www.conftool.net/music-encoding2016/">https://www.conftool.net/music-encoding2016/</a>.</p>

<p>The new and final deadline for registration has been extended to 31 October 11:59 pm EST (conference time).</p>

<p>For any further information please refer to the <a class="reference external" href="http://music-encoding.org/community/conference/call-for-proposals/">Call for Proposals</a> or send an email to <a class="reference external" href="mailto:conference2016%40music-encoding.org">conference2016@music-encoding.org</a>. Please note that the use of Conftool is mandatory and proposals sent as email cannot be accepted.</p>
