[MEI-L] MEI-based catalogue of Carl Nielsen's works now online

The steps we use for Du Chemin, along with addresses of all GitHub
repositories, are in a PDF you can obtain with the following DropBox link:

By December I will have a full narrative of our methods available as part
of our grant report (and will post the documentation links to the Du Chemin
Lost Voices site.  Meanwhile I hope the PDF will help.
