[MEI-L] Encoding elisions

Ok, sorry didn't check for validity. As far as I know elisions are encoded
in TEI with <abbr> and <expan>.

<choice>
 <abbr>S'ditch</abbr>
 <expan>Shoreditch</expan>
</choice>

Not sure whether this would be the same kind of elision, really, but I see
enough similarities.
