Joachim,

It was a very successful meeting, with everyone contributing in  
important ways. Perry, Johannes, and the "Schema Boyz" seem to be off  
to a good start. I briefly saw Perry and he was in excellent spirits.

I think you characterization of Eleanor is accurate. I suspect she  
will like the assessment rather than be offended! While it may be  
challenging, having a skeptic in the group is a good thing.

It was a great pleasure meeting you. My confidence in the enterprise  
grew greatly when I became convinced that Perry and Erin's partners  
demonstrated not only excellent understanding of the process, but also  
good judgements in the deliberations.
