[mei-catalog-ig] Metadata meeting in Copenhagen

Dear all

I am happy to announce that the metadata and cataloging IG will indeed meet in Copenhagen in October. So far we have six participants coming from Norway, Denmark, Germany and Italy. I have not checked all connections from abroad, of course, but the following schedule should make it possible to arrive from, say, Berlin and Hannover, Thursday and return on Friday, if you wish to do so. I suggest:

Thursday 3 October

15:00 – c. 17:00                           First session, beginning with a short, guided tour around the library.

19:00                                               Dinner somewhere in town

Friday 4 October

9:00 – 12:00                                 Second session

12:00 – 13:00                               Lunch

13:00 – 15:00                               Third session; concluding remarks

As to accommodation, please be warned that Copenhagen is quite expensive. Here is short list of selected places you may consider, ranging from quite cheap to not really cheap (with approximate prices):
