[asv-vorstand] [asta-finanzen] Regarding refunds processing and vacation greetings

Dear Lakshay,

I hope you had a good start to the new year and enjoyed your holidays.

Most of the refunds should have arrived already, as before Christmas I 
maxed out the titles available with as many refunds as possible trying 
to prioritize personal accounts over the ASV accounts. The ones that did 
not fit into your budget anymore can be seen attached. Should there be 
any missing, it is most likely because they were not refundable. If 
there are any missing where you can not understand why there were not 
refunded, please send me a follow-up mail.

For the refunds attached, please send them to the university to get them 
refunded through QVM, as I am not currently able to send you any money 
anymore as the review is still ongoing. Regarding the exact purpose of 
the money you will have to speak with the university.
