[asv-vorstand] [asv-president] [asta-finanzen] Refund application for Indischer Länderabend (4.7.24) event

Hello Rafael,

PFA the updated application documents enclosed in a ZIP archive.

  	* The Scooter rides have been removed.
  	* Application form 1 is now divided in 2, to limit 5 invoices per 
application.
  	* The rendering of all the files seems to be correct.

Feel free to write if there still needs a fix.
