Hallo Simon,

Thank you for your response and willingness to join us for the ASV 
Interkulturelle Woche (ICW).

To clarify, The main event takes place on 5th - 7th November and the 
cultures showcase their booths from 10:30 to 14:30 pm in the Main Foyer, 
while the special performances take place from 12:00 onwards.
The schedule for 8th November is only the closing ceremony held from 
18:00 onwards at 'G' Hörsaal.

We have also noted your availability on 7th from 11:00 to 1:30 pm and 
8th from 18:00 onwards and we're excited to have you with us! Just a 
quick note while you're not able to volunteer on 5th and 6th of 
November, if you get some free time, just drop by and have fun. We 
appreciate every teammate enjoying the event.

We also appreciate that you'll be bringing your own equipment and can 
provide both photos and videos suited for our social media usage. You 
can capture photographs and videos of all the booths during the event 
and the performances and also on 8th November for the closing ceremony.
