collaborate with you for capturing memorable moments!

Here are some key details for your reference:

	* Event Dates: 5-8 November
  	* Booth timings: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM
  	* Performance slot: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
  	* Closing ceremony: 8 November, 5pm onwards

We would like to know if you have availability within this timeframe and 
any preferences or requirements for setup. Additionally, could you 
please confirm if you have your own equipment, or if there's anything 
specific you would need us to provide?

We're also curious about the types of content you offer; would it be 
possible to capture both still photography and video, or do you 
specialize in one format?

Please know that we value our collaborators greatly. We will ensure that 
you receive full and proper credit for any photos shared across our 
social media channels.
