[asv-vorstand] Request information regarding submitting hardcopy of documents & reference letter referee

Sir/ma'am,

I am Paulami Ghosh from India and I would like to apply for ANSE course for
session 2025. Going through the website, it is said as a Non-European I
shall have to go the university personally to apply. Also I would like to
know who should the reference letter be addressed and sent to. If you would
kindly assist me in this regard, whether I shall have go there to apply.
