[asv-vorstand] [EXT] Application to re-evaluate the accommodation deposit refund

Greetings,

As mentioned in my previous email, I was made to sign on a blank form where
the remarks had not been mentioned. Also we were not given a copy of the
form or asked to take a picture. None of the issues were raised by
Hausmeister verbally on the day of inspection.

As from the attached photos, it can be seen that my room and common spaces
had been cleaned before handing over the keys. Still I am being charged for
cleaning twice.

Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
