[asv-vorstand] ASV elections nomination

Hello, hope you're doing well. I was not able to send this email before
that's why i discussed it in person before the deadline with ASV officials.

Firstly i wanted to propose a new position for "Head of ICW" in the team
which can be of great help to the entire team in the future.

Lastly i would like to nominate myself for 3 positions which i've mentioned
below:
1) Head of External affairs
2) Head of Cultures
3) Head of Finance
