Dear Board members,

I hope you all are doing great!

Unfortunately, I will be unable to attend the upcoming 
Mitgliederversammlung on 19.12.24 due to the schedule of my classes.

Therefore, I would like to transfer my voting rights to Nikita Pathare, 
who will be present at the meeting on my behalf.

Please let me know if you require any additional information or 
documentation to facilitate this transfer.
