I'm sending you here the proof of payment for breakfast during the DSH in September and December 2024.
Maybe you can still submit the receipts? But don't stress about me.
I wasn't able to complete the Beweirtungsbeleg. I don't know if it's necessary.

Dear Lakshay,
I hope you and the entire ASV team are well? Thank you for sending me the links to the accounts of the last DSH breakfast. I haven't managed to finalise it yet, since I was on holiday and am currently trying to catch up. The quarter is coming to an end again and we have the next DSH exam in two weeks time. This time the DSH exam is on a Saturday.
Do you have the time and capacity to organise the DSH breakfast?
Here are the details:
DSH exam: Saturday, 7 December 2024
Location: Audimax
Break 1: approx. 10.30 am
Break 2: approx. 12:30 pm
58 people will take part in the exam

Thank you for the amazing conduct of the DSH Breakfast and your patience with the forms for refund application.
Following are the links to the forms for refund application for the event. Once all the forms are filled forms, please send them back to us so that we can then send them to AStA with our signature for refund processing.

Notes:
-Upto 5 invoices can be listed in 1 Kostenrueckerstattung Formular. If you have more than 5, then please send multiple.-Please attach the relevant invoices as PDF alongwith the forms. Please keep the order of the invoices same as they are stated in the forms.
-Please deduct the deposit (Pfand) before writing the amounts in the formular. Deposits are not refunded.
-Once all the refund forms are filled, please fill one Bewirtungsbeleg_Formular that includes the sum amount of all the refund forms.

It all looked so beautiful.
For the DSH breakfast tomorrow I was able to organize four students to
make the sandwiches and coffee. They will start at 9 a.m. in the tea
kitchen on C3 and then come to / in front of lecture hall L 1 with the
finished rolls and coffee at around 10 a.m. They will definitely be
there during the first break (around 10.30 a.m.). At least two of them
can also stay for the second break. We have also bought some cookies
and can provide the DSH participants with everything they need during
the first break.
Maybe we'll see tomorrow, but I can also understand if you want to
rest after today's big event.

Dear Lakshay,
yes, unfortunately all students have exams that day, but I have
already asked some former DSH students to help with breakfast - at
least with the preparation. I hope that two or more people will come
forward to support the ASV team.
In any case, we will manage to prepare the bread rolls and make
coffee. Do you have large thermos flasks? If so, could I pick them up
on Wednesday? We would then prepare the coffee in our tea kitchen on
C3. I'll take care of buying the sandwiches and coffee, sugar and
milk. If you have a shopping list, I can also get everything. And
park the car with the things right in front of L1. What do you think?

There will be 65 people at the exam.
The first break will be around 10:30. The second break will be around
12:30. It would be great if a team could be there before the first
break and offer breakfast. During the second break we could offer
coffee and cookies and possibly the remaining sandwiches. This break
could be supervised by our student assistants. Afterwards we can clean
up and bring the things to you in P9.
I will let you know tomorrow as soon as I have the people together who
can help.

Dear Sabine,
First of all, many thanks for all the great options and assistance you
offered, and also for understanding the concerns. Those concerns
aside, the ASV likes to do this and is highly invested in continuing
this offer.
Unfortunately, this time its a little complicated since we have an
event the night before (to which we would love to have you). I asked
the team and they are not sure about the possibility on Thursday, as
many students have German Laguage Course classes.
We still wanna do it, however we might not be able to offer the
sandwiches, but fruits, cookies and tea instead.
We have the budget and also coffee machines and stuff, if some other
students or staff members can help with sandwiches and coffee, as you
suggested.
Let me know your thoughts and if there are students/staff available.
Also may I know the exact break times, so that I can assign a few
members for the same!
In case there is anyone interested in supporting, we can also create a
whatsapp group for quick communication. Here is my number:

dismantling, serving etc.
I could help you with the shopping and transportation, or do you
have any other suggestions on how we can support you? I know it's
not about the work, it's about the appreciation. But these offers
should also show you how much we appreciate your commitment.
Even if it is not always said so clearly, I know that the students
always appreciate the fact that this breakfast is available. It's
great moral support. The students often only realize this
afterwards. The DSH is certainly not the most difficult exam, but
it scares many students because it decides whether they can start
their studies or not.
