[mei-tablature-ig] LuteScribe 1.2.3 released, includes support for MEI

Hi All

I've been working on an update of LuteScribe. The main change in this 
release is to integrate Paul Overell's luteconv which means that 
LuteScribe now can open the wider range of formats supported by 
luteconv. In particular it can now open, print and play MEI files.

I've attached a screenshot showing a MEI file loaded, and the open file 
dialog showing the full list of file types that can be opened.
