[mei-neumes-ig] Workshop on Byzantine Music Notation

Dear all,

At the last Neumes Interest Group meeting at MEC on 2021-07-22, we decided to hold an online Workshop on Byzantine Music Notation. We will have an introductory presentation on Byzantine music notation by Maria Alexandru and Nikolaos Siklafidis. We will follow that with a discussion on how we should proceed, including a possible formation of a Subcommittee on MEI encoding of Byzantine music notation.

I include a Doodle Poll below, where we will try to find the best day for the Workshop, between August 28 and September 5.
Please make sure that your time zone is correct.
The time is scheduled for: 8 am (PST), 11 am (EST), 4 pm (BST), 5 pm (CEST), and 6 pm (EEST).
