[mei-neumes-ig] Accid within Syllable

Dear All,

in V4, <accid> can't be placed into a <syllable> or <neume> element.  
However, it is not definable for how long the accidental affects the  
notes, so I want to treat the accidental as an autonomous object. Is  
there a good way to encode such accidentals as seen in the attachment?
