[mei-neumes-ig] Episema

Happy New Year!

I would like to propose that episemas be considered as an articulation, which is already implemented in MEI, both as an element and as an attribute for <note>.

MEI articulations include things like: Accent, Staccato, and Toe (for organ pedal).
Having the articulations available as an element or an attribute make the encoding flexible.
