[mei-neumes-ig] MEI Neumes Module Draft, Version 0.2.2: Significative letters

Dear list,

I would like to propose that “significative letters” be encoded as an element.
It had been an attribute for both <neume> and <nc>.

Making this an element would make it more flexible:
It can specify the colour and the position.
It can be applied to a specific <nc> or to a <neume> as a whole, for example (thank you, Andrew for this):
<nc>
   <significativeLetter color=red>a</significativeLetter>
</nc>
Or
<neume>
  <nc .../>
  <significativeLetter color=red>a</significativeLetter>
</neume>
