[MEI-L] MEI Developer Workshop 2026 - Last Chance to Fill in the Form

[Martha Thomae]

Dear MEI Community,
We are finalising the arrangements for the MEI Developer Workshop (taking place on November 2–4 at Maynooth University).

If you plan to participate and have not yet completed the registration form <https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfu-Le4goL6q-DcX_2s1dEOtTeg_bOel7bXG8FZQJkTYCMB8w/viewform>, please do so as soon as possible, preferably by this Friday.

We currently have approximately 14 on-site participants. To ensure that we book a room with sufficient capacity, we need to confirm the exact number of on-site attendees. If the number increases, we may need to reserve a larger room.

Therefore, we kindly ask everyone who has not yet submitted the form to complete it, even if you are still undecided about what you would like to work on during the workshop (in that case, you can simply enter “TBD" on the corresponding field).

Once all the details are settled, we will send you more information about the workshop closer to its start date.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Kind regards,

Martha and Benni
MEI Technical Co-Chairs
