The MEI By-Laws<https://music-encoding.org/community/mei-by-laws.html> have been updated to reflect the revised language about Institutional Memberships in section 3.1.2. If you are part of an organization or project that may be interested in becoming an institutional sponsor of MEI, please reach out to the MEI Board (mei-board at lists.uni-paderborn.de).
