[MEI-L] Sibmei 2.2.0 released

Hello all,

a new release of the MEI export plugin for Sibelius – Sibmei – is now available:

Features Andrew Hankinson and I added are figured bass, <mdiv> sections, @tstamp.ges output and arpeggios.  Figured bass was kindly sponsored by the ÖAW – many thanks to Robert Klugseder.  And special thanks to Anna Plaksin and Martha Thomae for fixing bugs.
