[MEI-L] Measure 2 of Erlkonig; expanded notation

There is an XSLT which expands this kind of markup available from https://github.com/Freischuetz-Digital/Tools/blob/develop/11%20Shortcuts/resolveShortCuts.xsl. It's probably tied to Freischütz Digital, but the templates starting in lines 249 (bTrems) and 335 (fTrems) should get you started (they may depend on other templates in that file, though). I never had the time to clean up this thing and make it more accessible, but am certainly willing to do so when there is time…
