[MEI-L] @loc vs. @pname (and @oct)

It seems that @loc and @pname are valid together, at least against mei-Mensural and therefore (I assume) against any schema that includes Mensural. This does not seem like a good thing, since they can easily contradict each other! And @loc can also contradict @oct.
