[MEI-L] Input to MEI

Dear Jürgen,

The XSLT is indeed the most comprehensive way to convert MusicXML to MEI.

We have been working recently on converting MusicXML to MEI in Verovio. Of
course, only the features supported in Verovio will be converted, so this
is definitely not a replacement solution of the XSLT. However, this can
still be useful depending on the data you have and what you would like to
achieve, for example if you just want to have a preview.

I will put this online hopefully next week.
