[MEI-L] Note head styles

Hi Andrew,
I believe that data.HEADSTYLE needs a major overhaul in order to accommodate much more graphically rich notation, like that found in medieval notation. Visibility/invisibility of the notehead (apart from that of the stem and the note as a whole, which we can already record) is definitely something we can add.
