[MEI-L] custoMEIzation

Hi all,

I always wanted to publish the source code of the MEI customization service on GitHub and never found time.

But today: https://github.com/Edirom/custoMEIzation

There is no way to parameterize the service and there is not enough documentation yet, this is going to come soon. So, feel free to try it, modify it, rehost the service or give feedback on GitHub.
