[MEI-L] Query about Chapter 22 Text in MEI

Hello,

I am your newest list member, so please excuse a very ignorant question!  I'm reading about attributes, in 1.1.1 online, and there's a hyperlink to Chapter 22 Text in MEI.  (I'm interested in the treatment of prefatory and back elements).  However, the link brings up the following error message:-

Please excuse, but the resource you're looking for is not available in MEI2013.
You're looking for /apps/mei/guidelines/2013/.xml

Does this mean the chapter does not exist yet, or has it been moved elsewhere?
