[MEI-L] Duplicated constraint ids

Hi All,

I'm having problem with validating against the current release
http://music-encoding.googlecode.com/svn/tags/MEI2013_v2.1.0/schemata/mei-CMN.rng
in Oxygen 15.2 It finds two duplicated schematron constraint ids:
"clef-constraint-Check_clef_position_clef"
and "staffDef-constraint-Check_tab_strings".

Anyone encountered this before? I cannot find bug report relating to these
ids, shall I file one?
