[MEI-L] Music Encoding Conference late-breaking submissions

Dear colleagues,

My apologies for hammering away at this, but it appears a problem in our ConfTool installation has been rejecting submissions.  The problem should be fixed now.  We have extended the deadline for late-breaking submissions until April 18 at midnight.  Thank you for your patience.
