[MEI-L] Tuplets

Hi Laurent,

There's no stylesheet just for this purpose that I'm aware of.  However, there is code in the MusicXML2MEI stylesheet that handles this.  In fact, at the point that it gets called, there's an MEI -> MEI "conversion" going on.  So, you should be able to excerpt that bit of code to do what you want.
