[MEI-L] declaring identifiers

Hi Zoltán,

that’s precisely the meaning. You declare / assign an ID by using the @xml:id attribute. From hereon, you can refer to this ID using the anyURI data type. As long as you stay in the same file, that results in hash + ID value: "#ZK". 

(However, you could even point to a different file, in case you wanted to separate music and metadata (or notes and slurs, or…): @resp="../someFolder/header.xml#ZK". But this is certainly quite advanced…)
