[MEI-L] where to report broken link in guidelines

Hi all,

recently when browsing the online  MEI guidelines (big thanks for that!)
I stumbled over a broken link  in CMN chapter 4.2.6.1 Breath Marks with 
the link text
"23 User-defined Symbols".
Actually it points to:
http://www.music-encoding.org/documentation/guidelines2013/#userSymbols

the hash is the problem as it works with
http://www.music-encoding.org/documentation/guidelines2013/userSymbols

Moreover when rechecking just a minute ago, I realised that:
http://www.music-encoding.org/documentation/guidelines2013

will succeed whereas:

http://www.music-encoding.org/documentation/guidelines2013/

will not!!


Is there a correct place to report these things to?
