[MEI-L] MEI Customization Webapp

Hi,

I noticed that the customization service web app (custom.music-encoding.org) is still a release behind (MEI 2012). If someone has a moment, could this please be updated to MEI 2013 (or the code posted somewhere so that someone can submit a patch to update it?)

Perhaps we could still offer MEI 2012 as an option for download as well as the latest release.
