The research group “New Fields of Music Notation” organizes a workshop 
in June 27, 2013 at the Paris-Sorbonne University in collaboration with 
the research group Musicologie, Informatique et Nouvelles Technologies 
(MINT). This session will provide an opportunity to make a state of art 
of recent research in the field of musical notation through creation and 
musical research. The presentations may take different forms (formal or 
informal presentation, demonstration, etc..) and will last about 15 
minutes.

Here are some topics that may be addressed:
	● Notation of interactivity
	● Multimedia and/or interactive notation
	● Software/plugin/frameworks/API for music notation
	● New systems for music notation
	● Notation and annotations, musical representations
	● Gesture notation in arts
This list is not exhaustive; other themes related to music notation and 
technologies will be welcome.

This workshop will be divided in 2 parts:
	● 9:00-1:00 PM: Public presentations
	● 2:30 PM-4:30 PM: Opened discussion

If you want to propose a presentation, please send a title and a short 
abstract before the June 10th to <pierre.couprie at paris-sorbonne.fr>.
