[MEI-L] Tag library

Dear all,

I have just finished the Archive, which contains the old 2010-05 tag library. It is available from http://music-encoding.org/archive/tagLibrary. Please let me know if you encounter any problems with this. 

The new tag library will be available under /documentation as soon as we have the 2.0.1 release of MEI 2012. Thanks for your patience.
