[MEI-L] new MEI web page

Hello all,

Just wanted to let everyone know that http://www.lib.virginia.edu/resndev/mei is now being redirected to http://www2.lib.virginia.edu/innovation/mei/, which uses the Library's new design templates.  Some new content has been added, but mostly the change is cosmetic.

If you've got suggestions for improvements, please let me know.
